The base colours have been set, next few days will be set to refine the colouring to make it less rough.
The character studies astronomy which is why his coat has the galaxy hidden underneath.
His outfit is referenced from Victorian clothing and the little touches of gold are to signify that he is from a rich family line.
If you look closely, he has a mole under his left eye.
The ring on his tail is based on a ring dial.
(Colouring might be slow for the next few days because I would be overseas for the next few days.)
